11. Preheat oven to 350° F. In large bowl, mix wheat and white flours, oats, baking powder, and salt.

22. In separate bowl, combine Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil, peanut butter, cane sugar, agave nectar, soy milk and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients to wet ingredients little by little, about ½ cup at a time. Mix in chocolate chips.

33. Scoop dough with a tablespoon onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup unbleached white flour

2 cups oats

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. coarse salt

¾ cup Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil

½ cup natural (low sugar) peanut butter

⅓ cup cane sugar

⅓ cup agave nectar

½ cup soy milk

2 tsp. vanilla

2 cup vegan chocolate chips (carob chips work)
