11. In a medium sauce pan, combine all marinade ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature.

22. Add meat to a plastic bag and vegetables to another. Pour marinade over meat and vegetables. Seal bags; toss each to coat with marinade. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

33. For each kabob, alternate meat and vegetables on a 12-inch kabob skewer. Grill kabobs on the grill over medium heat until desired doneness, 6-12 minutes, turning kabobs and brushing with any left over marinade


Beef & Vegetables

1 lb. venison (beef) steak, cut to 1” cubes

1 medium zucchini

1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1-2” pieces

1 green pepper, cut into 1-2” pieces

1 - 16 oz. package of whole mushrooms


¼ cup finely chopped onion

¼ cup white wine

2 Tbsp. Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

2 tsp. ground coriander

1 tsp. chili powder

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

⅛ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (more if you like a little more heat)
