11. Season both sides of the pork chops with cinnamon, salt and pepper.

22. In a large skillet, heat Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops 4 to 5 minutes per side.

33. Add onions and carrots to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 25 to 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and pork chops are cooked through. Serve vegetables with pork chops.
