11. In a large skillet, combine onion soup mix, Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil, water, lime juice, ground red pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
