11. Cook and drain linguine according to package directions; keep warm.

22. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter and heat Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil over medium heat.

33. Add garlic, salt, and pepper, and sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes; do not brown. Stir in shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes, just until pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley; mix well. Serve immediately over warm linguine.

4Notes: Ten cloves of garlic may sound like a lot, but you can't have too much garlic in scampi!
