SEASONED SWEET POTATO FRIES

1Preheat oven to 450º F.

3In a large bowl, combine potatoes and Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable OIl Zoye Premium Vegetable Oil; toss to coat completely. Spoon potatoes onto rimmed baking sheets in a single layer.

5Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Turn potatoes over and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until golden.

7Drain on a paper towel-lined platter. Sprinkle sweet potato fries with seasoned salt or regular salt, and serve.

8Notes: These fries would taste great dipped in a wide range of sauces including BBQ sauce or ranch mixed with a splash of Tabasco sauce.
