Directions

11. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add brown sugar. Add the eggs, pumpkin and Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil to the dry ingredients.

22. Mix enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350° F.
