11. Heat a medium size pot of boiling salted water; cook orzo according to package directions.

22. Drain, return to pan, add 1 Tbsp. of Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil. Stir in shrimp, olives, raisins, zest and toasted pine nuts.

33. Dressing: In blender, combine garlic, basil, lemon juice, vinegar, curry, cumin, sugar, salt and lemon pepper. Blend; add Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil and blend until well combined, approximately 1 minute. Add dressing to orzo mixture, stir to combine.

1 lb. frozen peeled, cooked and deveined shrimp

½ cup green olives, sliced

⅓ cup dried cranberries

1½ tsp. lemon zest

⅓ cup pine nuts, toasted

Dressing

1½ tsp. minced garlic

¼ cup fresh basil, minced

3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

½ Tbsp. cider vinegar

½ tsp. sugar

½ tsp. curry

½ tsp. cumin

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. lemon pepper

¼ cup Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil
