Directions

1Separate onion slices into rings.

2In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper; mix well.

3In a large skillet, heat Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil over medium-high heat. Place onion rings in flour; coat well then carefully place in hot oil.

4Fry onions 6 to 8 minutes, until golden. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and serve immediately.
