11. Preheat oven to 350° F; grease two round 9” pans with nonstick spray. Beat eggs and sugar together in a large bowl. Add in yogurt and Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil, followed by vanilla; continuing to mix well Sift in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt and matcha green tea powder. Divide batter into pans and bake 22-26 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before decorating.
22. For Green Tea Glaze: Mix glaze ingredients together and drizzle over cake.
33. For Whipped Cream: Beat ingredients together, and put a thin layer of whipped cream between the cake layers and dollops on top.
