11. Preheat oven to 350° F; grease 8 inch square pan. Stir the sugar into Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil until well blended; add egg and vanilla into oil mixture. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder and stir into oil mixture. Stir in nuts.

22. Spread batter into pan; bake for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Preheat grill. Take sliced pineapple and peaches; brush with Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil . Place slices of fruit on grill for a few minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Remove from heat, slice peaches into smaller sections and set aside.

33. Cut blondies into bars and serve while warm. Top each blondie with grilled pineapple and peaches. Drizzle plate with dark chocolate balsamic and serve.

1½ tsp. gluten free baking powder

½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Grilled Fruit Topping

1 large pineapple, cored and sliced

4 large peaches, halved and pitted

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar for garnish
