11. In a large saucepan, heat Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil; add the chicken and brown it 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the saucepan.

22. Add remaining ingredients, except the pasta and parsley, then bring to a boil and add the pasta. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

33. Meanwhile, cut the cooked chicken into 2-inch by ¼-inch strips. Add to the mixture, cover and simmer 5 minutes; stir.

44. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup water

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

½ tsp. finely grated lemon peel

1 Tbsp. honey

⅛ tsp. dried rosemary

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

½ lb. linguine or other long pasta shape

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
