Zoye Dutch Pineapple Pie

Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2Combine pineapple, sugar and Chinese 5 Spice. Place in pie shell.

3Mix flour, brown sugar and margarine until crumbly. Place over pineapple and bake 15 mins. Reduce heat to 375°F and bake 35 mins more.

Ingredients

1 9" pie crust

1 fresh peeled pineapple, chopped

3/4 C sugar

2 1/2 tsp. Chines 5 Spice

2/3 C flour

1/2 C brown sugar

1/3 C margarine
