1Preheat oven to 400° F. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup oil and ½ teaspoon garlic powder; mix well and brush over bread slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake 5 to 6 minutes, or until golden on both sides.

3In a large bowl, combine remaining ½ cup Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Zoye Premium Vegetable Oil and 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon over toasted bread slices, and serve.
