11. Place chimichurri ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until ingredients form a smooth paste; set aside until ready to use.

22. Place a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil and garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp; cook for 3-5 more minutes, or until shrimp are pink.

33. Arrange shrimp on a bed of jasmine rice, drizzle with chimichurri, and serve immediately.

12 oz. medium uncooked shrimp

¼ tsp. pepper

½ tsp. salt
