1Preheat oven to 350° F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
2In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil But-R-Lite until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Add flour and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon, until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 egg until mixture is smooth. Repeat with remaining eggs, adding 1 egg at a time, until thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.
4Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
