Appetizer Greek Pasta Salad

Directions

1Combine Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, black pepper and sugar in a large bowl and mix. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese, green onions, olives, and pepperoni.

2Mix gently. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.

Ingredients

½ cup red wine vinegar

1½ tsp. garlic powder

1½ tsp. dried basil

1½ tsp. dried oregano

¾ tsp. ground black pepper

¾ tsp. white sugar

2½ cups cooked elbow macaroni

15 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup sliced red bell peppers

¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup chopped green onions

4 oz. can whole black olives

¾ cup sliced pepperoni sausage, cut in strips
