11. In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground chicken, egg, scallions, ginger, salt and pepper.

22. Form six round patties, all equal in size. Roll the chicken burgers in the flour and set aside.

33. In a large frying pan, melt Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil and butter, until butter starts to bubble.

44. Add chicken burgers; saute over medium heat for about five minutes. Turn patties over; cook for an additional five minutes.

55. Add water; simmer for several minutes more.

66. Serve on hamburger buns with a piece of watercress and other desired condiments.

2 lbs. of ground chicken

1 large egg-beaten

6 scallions, chopped finely

1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

Salt and pepper to taste

5 Tbsp. all purpose flour

5 Tbsp. Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter

½ cup of water

Watercress to garnish burger

Hamburger buns
