11. To season chicken thighs, cover half with spinach, followed by mozzarella cheese and roll up. Dredge in egg wash, cornstarch, Creole-seasoned bread crumbs.

22. Fry in Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil for three minutes per each side, until golden brown. Remove drain and plate.

33. Serve with sauteed spinach and mozzarella cheese as sides

1 cup mozzarella cheese (Julienned)

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup cornstarch

4 eggs

3 tsp. Creole seasoning

2 tsp. minced garlic

2 tsp. ground black pepper

2 tsp. salt
