Zoye Spicy Sweet Potato Bake

Directions

1Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl (oil, brown sugar blend, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper.) Add potatoes and apples. Cover bowl and shake gently t coat.

2Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Transfer potatoes and apples to baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425°F until potatoes are tender--30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

1 apple, peeled and cut into cubes

2 Tbsp. Zoye Premium Vegetable Oil

1 Tbsp. brown sugar blend

1 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
