1In a small bowl, combine the milk and egg; beat well. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and pepper; mix well.

Add the chicken in batches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until no pink remains and the coating is golden.
3Remove to a paper towel-lined platter to drain. Serve immediately.
