Directions

1In a small bowl, combine the milk and egg; beat well. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and pepper; mix well.

2Dip the chicken in the egg mixture then in the flour mixture, coating completely. Heat the Zoye Low Saturated Fat Premium Vegetable Oil Premium Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking. Add the chicken in batches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until no pink remains and the coating is golden.

3Remove to a paper towel-lined platter to drain. Serve immediately.

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
