Zoye Coffee Cake

Directions

1Mix well, stir in 1 1/2 c rhubarb (raw, diced) or blueberries (fresh or thawed if previously frozen)

2Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan.

3Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon melted oleo and 1/2 c sugar.

4Bake 325* for 40-45 minutes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c brown sugar

2/3 c Zoye oil

1 egg

1 c sour milk (add a few drops of vinegar to milk)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/2 c flour

1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
